Lake of Isola Santa

Along the road that connects Versilia to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, a few minutes from us, there is the mountain lake, famous for the village of houses with characteristic stone slab roofs that insinuates itself like a cusp into the body of water which, given its position, set like a jewel between the cliffs, as the light changes, takes on incredible and magical colors, depending on the time of day and season.

Worth a visit!

It can only be seen in all its splendor from above, and the most convenient place to reach it, even by car, is the panoramic restaurant in our tourist complex.

Even the lucky ones who stay in some of the houses in the village will be able to see it in the same way!

Waking up in the morning immersed in nature, with the three most significant peaks of the Apuan Alps in front of you, and overlooking a fairytale mountain lake, is not an ordinary experience!

Fishing is permitted in the lake with a permit issued on site.
